About
Above Care is a specialized service provider for individuals with physical, intellectual, behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric disabilities in New Hampshire. Our dedicated teams, home care providers, direct support professionals, nurse trainers and support staff will work as a team to provide personalized care to each person we serve to achieve the support plan developed.
Our goal is to participate creating individualized support plan that offer high-quality, comprehensive, and intensive services and support that cater to the unique and changing needs of the individuals we serve and their families. This helps them to achieve greater independence, improve their quality of life, and thrive in their communities. Our work is guided by four core values: Integrity, People, Innovation, and Shared Prosperity. By incorporating these values into everything we do, we aim to create the best possible environment for our clients, support staff, guardians, and our entire team.
